- Reduce, reuse, recycle and rot. Composting is good for the earth - and your garden.
- Change a lightbulb. LEDs are energy efficient.
- Turn on, turn off, unplug. Your appliances don't need to work while you're at work!
- Celebrate green. Let nature inspire your holiday, wedding and birthday party themes.
- Re-think laundry. Only run full loads, use cold water and line dry.
- Plant a plant. It will beautify your lawn and absorb CO2
- Reduce guilt. Carbon offsets, renewable energy credits or green tags can balance out your worst "eco-sins."
- Choose wisely. Inform yourself about companies making an effort to improve the environment - ask questions, read labels and share information with friends.
